The Red Shoe Diaries ...

Yay me! Thanks to my wife's cooking and the occasional dark chocolate candy bar, I now weigh 230 pounds. Five more pounds to go ...

My wife surprised me with a new pair of pants earlier this week (see last post). Perfect new waist size. Thanks, sweetheart! I put them on this morning ... and now they're loose too. I put on an older shirt and it bulges out of the top of my quasi-new pants. Basically, I look like Saggy, the big-baggy-goofy-clothes clown. I wish somebody would have told me that I would have to invest in a new wardrobe before starting this bet. I'm gonna spend more money on new clothes than the money I'm getting from Kennis at the end of this year! There's gotta be a way around this. I need to do something to shift everyone's attention away from my clothes ...I know! I'll buy really large red shoes (size 20-25)! I can go to the Halloween store and buy a pair of clown shoes for 10 bucks. If I deduct that amount from my winnings ... let's see, carry the one and ... I'll still make out with 40 bucks! Yes! And I'll be able to wear my old clothes well into next year! Hahaha! Thanks, super-clever brain. Problem solved.

I haven't heckled Kennis yet. Actually at this point ...

Check out the pictures below. It's more of the scrumptious dinners my wife fixes for me every evening.
