First, my beautiful wife. She's my secret weapon in all of this. Basically, All I do is eat her deliciously, ridiculously super-healthy food and lose weight. I just make sure not to mess up when I'm at work. Thank you, sweetheart. You're the best. (and prettiest)
Second, my friend Kennis. Thank you for not losing the weight as fast as me. I know, this might be a little premature. But with five pounds to go, I'm feeling pretty smug right now.
And third, my little Kidney Stone. Yup. I've had the pleasure (that's sarcasm) of being rushed into the emergency room, being in excruciating pain and not being able to eat anything for four days due to the little rock that has so lovingly attached itself to one of my kidneys. Four days no food, only water. A Kidney Stone Fast. If you want to lose weight, I recommend getting one.
Before I forget, good call on the chocolate, Kennis. Spot on. I had a few dark chocolate truffles this weekend. Chocolate is awesome.
And now for your viewing pleasure, some of the dishes my wife has fixed for me over the last couple of weeks:

Breakfast of champions: Egg white omelet, bacon and sauteed bell peppers

Lunch anyone? Salad with bell peppers, pepperoni, cheese and eggs, panfried Tilapia and oven seared squash
![]() |
Dinner for one: Grilled chicken filet with sauteed green beans

And here's me! 15 pounds lighter (and still recovering from the Kidney Stone). Due to this new way of eating, I've developed a mad hankerin' for fruit.
For my next post, I'm going to get my swag on. Stay tuned ...
